Three expressions of 100% Blue Weber Agave, from luxurious añejo to traditional tahona-crushed blanco.
Made in the city of San Julián, Mexico by Casa Maestri, a women-owned distillery. 100% Blue Weber Agave is slow-cooked in centuries-old stone ovens and slowly fermented to produce a full, rich body, then double distilled—yielding notes of marshmallow, caramel, vanilla, and cinnamon.
Made in Jalisco, Mexico—the largest tequila-producing state in the world—from 100% Blue Weber Agave. Completely organic with no additives, aged 1–2 years in French and American oak barrels. Expect notes of toasted oak, baking spices, vanilla, caramel, brown sugar, and a hint of peppercorn on the finish.
This Blanco is made using a “tahona”—a giant volcanic stone wheel—to crush cooked agave hearts for their juice, rather than sprayed water. A nod to the earliest methods of tequila-making, delivering pronounced salinity, vanilla, natural agave flavor, and rich minerality.

Distinctive pours ranging from cask-strength wheated bourbon to an easygoing small batch and a huckleberry-flavored curveball.
Distilled at the former Seagram’s facility in Louisville and aged at least 8 years in higher-quality-than-standard barrels. Don’t let the 122-proof cask strength intimidate you. At 51% corn, 45% wheat, and 4% barley, the wheat—replacing rye—creates a uniquely soft, smooth flavor profile.
Bottled uncut (no water added) and unfiltered, preserving pure flavors. At 100 proof: 78% corn, 10% rye, 12% barley—the higher barley percentage lends a pleasant sweetness on the finish.
You may have spotted this veteran-owned distillery (US and Australian Navy!) on the Bourbon Trail, where they distill their own juice. Our most approachable sipper: aged 6 years, 80 proof, 85% corn. The owner’s wife—who convinced him to make this bourbon—signs every bottle.

A small-batch Indiana spirit with a memorable story behind the name.
This extremely small-batch, craft distillery in Lebanon, IN was rebranded “Four Finger” after the owner lost a finger building a door. Made from 100% Indiana corn, this smooth spirit carries a subtle hint of vanilla on the finish.
